About The Event

Pistachio Week, presented by American Pistachio Growers, is an annual weeklong celebration of the pistachio harvest that brings together growers, restaurants, consumers, and industry partners across California. Participating chefs at restaurants throughout the Central Valley and beyond create inventive pistachio-infused dishes, from appetizers to desserts, highlighting the nut’s incredible versatility. The week also features industry mixer events, networking opportunities, and community gatherings designed to strengthen connections between growers, processors, and the public. It’s a delicious and festive celebration of one of California’s most celebrated specialty crops.
